Kundalini Yoga classes offer exercising, Pranayam (breath exercises) and meditation.

A typical class, 90 min:

  • Short Warm up
  • Pranayama (Breathing practice)
  • Tune in together
  • Start exercising (kriya/set) a series of postures and stretches to relax and strength body and mind
  • Relaxation (usually with gongs and sounds)
  • Meditation
  • Tune out together

What to bring, what to wear

  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Yoga mat
  • Water

Health:

  • Consult a doctor if you have acute health issues like for example your back, knees, neck, blood pressure, ...

Group Classes

  • Class together doing exercises/asanas, Pranayama (breath), meditation and relaxation. Group energy is very beneficial to keep up during class and to improve the body and mental strength. The experience is the most important.

Private Classes

  • Private sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual supporting your health and personal growth.

Children Classes

  • Programm for children depends on age. Possible for all age groups started by toddlers
  • Children become more aware of their feelings and learn to express them better
  • By moving their bodies they learn how to stretch and strengthen it
  • By special breath techniques they learn how to deal with their fears, angers, disappointments, excitements, ... ideal to use it to get along with the daily school life
  • They learn how important it is to work in a group and be a teamplayer
  • They learn that the other person is you.
  • Teenager will also benefit of yoga classes to go easier through their puberty, their daily school life, to become more mindful and aware of relationships
